History
VAP Shayany LLC, a production and agricultural enterprise, is located in Vyshkovo, Khust district, Transcarpathian region, in the basin of the fast-flowing Tysa River with its crystal-clear water. The company's main specialisation is the production and bottling of mineral water from local underground sources.
Mineral water bottling began here in 1979, and production resumed in 1986. From then until 1996, the company operated facilities leased from Agro Promtis. The main containers were 0.5-litre glass bottles. From 1996 to 1998, water was bottled in 1.5-litre bottles. The modernisation that began at that time continues today. Driven by a constant desire to improve, VAP Shayany LLC uses only leading modern technologies.
In 2011, a new bottling line was added to the existing one. Since then, mineral water has also been bottled in 5- and 10-litre PET containers. The process used newly purchased equipment: an ECOSOFT FK industrial water-heating unit, UMT-600 packaging machines and an AKV container-washing machine. The new packaging led to a wider product range, including highly carbonated, lightly sparkling and still mineral waters, purified drinking water and iodine-enriched water. In the same year, VAP Shayany LLC entered international markets, signing contracts to supply its products to the European Union, Moldova and Russia.
Since 1998, VAP Shayany LLC has been responsible for producing high-quality mineral water. This established company, with its own laboratory, is an independent legal entity with its own stamps and seals, fixed assets and working capital. Ninety per cent of production is sold domestically and ten per cent is exported.
