Production
Mineral water is a natural resource found deep underground. Over thousands of years, rain and melting snow seeped into the ground, with each drop absorbing different mineral compounds. In underground cavities, mineral-enriched water accumulated in large quantities and remained in its purest state, unaffected by harmful factors. The terrain and rock composition determine the type and amount of mineral salts in the water.
VAP Shayany LLC undertakes extensive work to make mineral water rich in therapeutic properties available to every Ukrainian. Water production begins with extraction. Using powerful modern pumps, the company brings the raw water to the surface from deep wells. This is not yet a finished product: it must undergo laboratory testing before reaching the bottling line.
Using the best technologies and management approaches, the company transports mineral water to its production facilities with minimal exposure to external factors such as sunlight, pollutants and radiation. Laboratory testing comes first. Once the test results meet the standards, the water is filtered and heated to remove impurities and destroy microorganisms. For still mineral water, bottling is the final production stage. Adding carbon dioxide produces sparkling mineral water for consumers.
At every stage of production, VAP Shayany LLC continuously monitors quality and safety. Products are sold in glass and PET containers: 0.5-litre glass bottles and 0.5-, 1.5- and 5-litre PET bottles. Every bottle is guaranteed to contain the purest water with an excellent mineral balance.
